Greece and China, through the Ancient Silk Roads

Elena AVRAMIDOU is Associate Professor of Philosophy, Member of UNESCO Chair on Threats to Cultural Heritage and Cultural Heritage-related Activities, Ionian University, Greece, and Research Associate at the Center for Latin American Studies on China, Andrés Bello University, Chile.
She has taught for several years at Peking University and has served as Educational & Cultural Attaché at the Embassy of Greece in China.
She is also member of the Executive Committee of the International Confucian Association; member of the Coordination Committee of the International Society of Friends of Nikos Kazantzakis; and member of the Artistic Advisory Board of Michael Cacoyannis Foundation, Athens.
 
She publishes in Greek, English, Spanish, and Chinese on Greek and Chinese Philosophy, History and Culture, including the Cultural perspectives of One Belt One Road Initiative.
