GU Mingyue is Associate Professor and Head of Department of English Language Education, Faculty of Humanities, the Education University of Hong Kong, China. Her research interests include internationalization in higher education, multilingualism and mobility, family language policy, and identity and (digital) citizenship studies. She has published widely in the above fields. She is the co-editor of Critical Inquiry in Language Studies (Q1). She received the President’s Award in Research Excellence in 2022 at the Education University of Hong Kong, Research Excellence Award in 2017 and Young Researcher Award in 2015 at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

彭文钊，俄语语言文学博士，现任大连外国语大学研究生处处长，教授，博士研究生导师，兼任教育部外指委俄语分委会秘书长、国家语委中国东北亚语言研究中心副主任、辽宁省“一带一路”人文交流机制协同创新中心执行主任、教育部备案亚美尼亚研究中心主任，入选“辽宁省高等学校优秀人才支持计划”；辽宁省“百千万人才工程”百人层次，辽宁省普通高等学校教学名师。主要从事语言文化学，政治语言学、东北亚国别与区域研究。主持国家社科基金项目一项，省部级项目多项。获得国家级教学成果奖二等奖二项，辽宁省教学成果特等奖一项、一等奖四项，省部级科研成果奖多项。在国内外出版专著、教材多部，发表核心期刊论文40余篇，多篇论文被《人大复印资料》《高等学校文科学报文摘》转载。

Anthony J. Liddicoat is Professor in the Department of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warwick and Adjunct Professor in Justice and Society at the University of South Australia. His research interests include issues relating to the teaching and learning of intercultural capabilities in language education and language policy and planning and he has published widely in each of these areas. He is currently the Executive Editor of Current Issues in Language Planning and Co-editor of the book series Language and Intercultural Communication in Education (Multilingual Matters). His recent books include Teaching and learning second language pragmatics for intercultural understanding (2022, Routledge, with Troy McConachy), Introduction to conversation analysis (2021, Bloomsbury), Routledge international handbook of language education policy in Asia (2019, Routledge) Language policy and planning in universities: Teaching, research and administration (2017, Routledge).
