The History told us that Arabs and the Chinese did not only build an economic belt on the ancient Silk Road, but also built an active and rich cultural belt that contributed to making economic and trade exchanges possible, and also contributed to building an environment of cultural and civilizational coexistence that facilitated the flow of goods, people and human contacts. The builders of the first cultural belt carried a high human understanding as they respected the religions and cultures spread along the Silk Road and carried with them the goods, religions, music, drugs, poetry, schools and human solidarity. As a result of these concepts, which were established by the first cultural belt, trade grew, cities flourished, and peoples along the Belt and Road absorbed different cultures and languages, respected religions, and markets flourished. As history tells us that building a cultural belt along the Belt and Road will inevitably contribute to peace, stability and economic prosperity along the new Belt and Road.
