疫后时代日常交际呈现多语言,多模态和数字化特征。然而,囿于传统单语思维,当代青年的多语言,多模态和数字化交际常被视为有缺陷且欠缺学术性。本讲座基于多重个案研究,解析当代多语言多文化青年如何透过多模态写作,创设超语空间并践行社会公平导向的数字行动主义。分析显示,数字化多模态写作可为理解当代青年多语言多文化交际行为提供概念化工具,并为社会危机时期面向公民素养的数字行动主义提供支撑框架。本研究对疫后时代多语青年思辨性数字素养培育和多语言教育具有参考意义。

Dr Lianjiang Jiang is an Assistant Professor in English Language Education at Faculty of Education, The University of Hong Kong. He is on the editorial board of Journal of Second Language Writing, Linguistics and Education, Journal of Asia TEFL, and Frontiers in Psychology. He is a recipient of Macau Humanities and Social Sciences Research Outstanding Achievement Award in 2022. His research interests include multimodality, computer supported multimodal composing and L2 writing and feedback. He has authored over 60 peer-reviewed research articles in SSCI-indexed journals such as TESOL Quarterly, Journal of Second Language Writing, Computer Assisted Language Learning, Language Teaching Research, System, ELT Journal, Language, Culture and Curriculum, and Educational Technology Research and Development, etc. His research projects have been funded by the Research Grants Council of Hong Kong, and Higher Education Fund of Macau.
