中国和摩洛哥作为丝绸之路两端的重要国家,两国的友好交往古已有之, 随着摩洛哥正式加入 “一带一路”倡议,两国各领域互利合作不断深入、人文交流日益活跃,2018年中摩两国迎来建交60周年纪念,60年建交史、40亿贸易额充分表明了两国之间的政治互信、文化互通、民心相通。中摩双方应以两国建交60周年为契机,在互相尊重、互利共赢基础上进一步推动全方位、宽领域、深层次的合作,实现政治互信、经贸互惠,从而增进两国人民的理解和友谊,提升两国民众的福祉。
上海外国语大学与卡萨布兰卡哈桑二世大学孔子学院合作,致力于在中摩学者间搭建平台,深入分析 “一带一路”倡议为两国带来的“双赢”发展机遇,进一步增进各领域务实合作,推进 “民心相通”。双方联合主办第四届“丝绸之路两端:中国与摩洛哥”国际研讨会。会议拟定于2018年12月8-9日在上海外国语大学举办。
会议主题:“中摩建交六十周年—回顾与展望”,议题包括:
1) 中摩人文交流机制建设的路径探索;
2) 中摩经济合作;
3) 中摩政治与安全领域的合作;
4) 中摩友好关系史;
5) 中摩智库交流与合作;
6) 中摩科学技术交流与合作;
7) 中摩旅游与环境合作;
8) 中摩高等教育政策和教育战略研究;
9) 中摩高等教育学分认证体系研究;
10) 中摩高等院校共需人才培养模式研究;
11) 中摩高等院校优质在线资源的共享与共建;

Major geopolitical restructuring of Europe began in the early 90s following the collapse of communist regimes in Central and Eastern Europe. Did these processes coincide with a cultural transformation of Europe? Using survey data from the European Values Survey and the World Values Study from 1990 to 2014, I assess in what direction European nations have changed their cultural values, in terms of Welzel’s (2013) emancipative and secular value indices. The former Iron Curtain has faded away as a cultural boundary in Europe as the former communist states that joined the European Union have converged culturally with the West. A new, and steeply growing, cultural gap has emerged between the EU and its eastern neighbors. In particular, the two competing geopolitical formations at the west and east of Europe—the European and the Eurasian Unions respectively—have polarized in their fundamental values in recent decades. This may be explained by clashing supranational identities and distinctive roles of political actors and mass media as their tools for influencing public opinion.

Jerusalem and Mecca are probably the most famous pilgrimage destinations of the Near East. But how one can recognize the pilgrimage in the archaeological record? In the past, archaeologists laid a stress on small findings that testify to the pilgrimage movement: cultic artifacts, pilgrims' souvenirs, foreign coins and imported pottery vessels that were brought to the sites. Nevertheless, it seems that there are more recognizable landmarks in the Holy Cities. The analysis which is offered here is based on Jerusalem of the Late Second Temple period, and Mecca of the 19th century, i.e., before the introduction of modern technology. We suggest to recognize a more obvious trace of pilgrimage movement: an anomaly in the water systems. More precisely, it resolves that big unroofed water pools signal for the function of the site as a pilgrimage destination.
