本讲主要围绕如下几个问题展开讨论：我们为什么要掌握理论？什么才称得上是“理论”？文学批评的角度有哪些？角度不同研究内容有何区别？文学研究的基本方法是什么？基于上述问题的探讨，本讲将梳理20世纪西方文论的演变轨迹，并略述新世纪至今文学研究的新动向。

由上海外国语大学主办、上海外国语大学国际金融贸易学院承办的首届“财务与会计专业国际化人才培育暨资本市场和公司治理”国际研讨会将于2016年10月22日至23日在上海举行。本次大会将邀请来自美国、澳大利亚、新加坡、香港及内地高校的著名学者做大会主旨发言。现向该领域的国内外专家和学者征稿。（议程见附件）

当前全球治理的重要性日益提升并经历重大变革，中东地区一直存在复杂的治理难题与严重的“治理赤字”，面临转型发展的多重困境，近年来的中东变局更加剧了中东治理的紧迫性与复杂性。中东地区也是大国参与全球治理的重要舞台和考验大国治理能力的关键地区，美、欧、俄、中等世界大国和大国集团纷纷加大了对中东治理的参与力度；中东地区稳定国家和转型国家也在探索适合本国发展道路的国家治理模式。

在此背景下，上海外国语大学中东研究所与中国中东学会、上海国际问题研究院外交政策研究所、上海社会科学院西亚北非研究中心、上海大学土耳其研究中心和黎巴嫩阿拉伯统一研究中心于2016年9月24～25日（周六、周日）在上海外国语大学虹口校区联合举办第五届“亚洲与中东”国际论坛，此次论坛的主题为“全球视野下的中东地区治理”。

本次研讨会力图为从事中东研究的中外学者探讨中东地区治理问题提供学术交流平台，推动中东研究向纵深发展，发挥学术界以智力贡献参与国际问题治理的积极作用，为中东研究国际学术共同体建设和中东地区和平与发展贡献自己的力量。

The 5th International Forum on Asia and the Middle East A Global Perspective of the Middle East Governance

Global governance is increasingly important and is undergoing significant changes nowadays. Complex governance problems and “governance deficit” have long been standing in the way of the transformation and development of the Middle East. The Middle East Upheaval in recent years further adds urgency and complexity to the governance within the region, making this region an important platform as well as a key area for outside and regional powers to participate in global governance and show their governance capacity. Global powers and great power blocs, such as the U.S., the E.U., Russia and China, attach increasing importance to their participation in the Middle East governance while stable countries and transitional countries in the region are also trying to explore a nationally appropriate pattern of governance.

Against such backdrop,  the Middle East Studies Institute at Shanghai International Studies University (SISU), together with China Association of Middle East Studies, Foreign Policy Studies Institute at Shanghai Institutes for International Studies, Center of West Asia and North Africa Studies at Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, Center for Turkish Studies at Shanghai University, and Center for Arab Unity Studies in Lebanon, jointly host the 5th International Forum on Asia and the Middle East on September 24-25, 2016  (Saturday - Sunday),  with the theme of "A Global Perspective of the Middle East Governance".

The conference aims at exploring the Middle East Governance by exchanging ideas among scholars and researchers. We are convinced that this conference will bring fresh and innovative ideas regarding the Middle East issues, and your participation will not only consolidate the Middle Eastern studies, but also make a great contribution to the Middle Eastern peace and security.

《雨花台》剧目介绍

雨花台是新民主主义革命时期中国共产党人最集中的殉难地。从1927年至南京解放，成千累万的中华优秀儿女慷慨赴死，用壮烈的牺牲铸就了新中国的诞生之路。

话剧《雨花台》用艺术形式弘扬雨花英烈精神，传播红色文化，为党员干部和青年们树立精神的引路航标，人生的学习榜样。 

《雨花台》剧情介绍

该剧讲述了上个世纪三十年代初的某一天，南京雨花台附近的一座监狱内。因叛徒出卖，即将出狱的共产党领导人恽代英身份暴露。国民党同时得知，在他们制定作战计划的军政部内，竟然隐藏着一个代号“宝尔”的红色特工，也终于明白了不久前“围剿”中央红军惨遭失败的原因。而此时，蒋介石已重新调集重兵，严密部署新一轮围剿计划，誓将红军毕其功于一役。进攻行动箭在弦上，作战计划绝不可再次泄露，恽代英的出现让蒋介石如获至宝，蒋介石亲命首都卫戍司令、军政部军法司司长和军政部部长办公室秘书前往监狱，突审恽代英和其他共产党员，必须在一天一夜内查获“宝尔”。三个国民党最有审讯经验、最心狠手辣的审讯者知道，他们现在面对的共产党员是历经威逼利诱后真正的战士，也是他们最后的机会和希望，他们将不惜手段得到“宝尔”的下落。而他们不知道的是，真正的“宝尔”其实就在监狱里，就在他们身边，恽代英和“宝尔”同样需要不惜一切代价完成一个不可能完成的任务——将作战情报送出监狱。幽闭昏暗的牢房成为距离最近的战场，双方都只有一天一夜的时间。恽代英和战友们没有武器，没有自由，只有坚定的理想信念和大无畏的牺牲精神以及共产党人的智慧和勇气，在黎明前直面这提前打响的生死之战。

这是一个全球互动的时代，国家“一带一路”战略的提出及实施，更赋予了中国企业参与全球互动主动性及有序性的内涵与要求。国际公共关系活动从局部走向全面，从偶发走向常态。国际公众、国际社会责任、国际舆论、国际沟通、国际声誉等成为跨国企业获取成功需要善待的重要因素。中国企业走出去，在能获得新的利益的同时也必然面临着新的风险，国际社会政治、经济、文化及规则惯例的差异性，又加大了这种风险的复杂程度，需要我们有符合国际社会实际情况的认知、研判与行动。如何运用国际公众、传播沟通、企业形象等观念，以及国际传媒、利益调适等手段去实现相互之间的了解理解、合作共赢，乃是国际公共关系的内在要求。这方面，我们有了初步的经验，更存在着广阔的探索空间。

In an era of global interaction, the “Belt and Road Initiative” by the Chinese central government endows Chinese enterprises with an initiative to participate in global interaction and order building. Against this backdrop, International Public Relations, which staged spasmodic attempt to deal with specific issues only, has evolved into regular comprehensive efforts for public image building. The international community, international social responsibility, international public opinions, international communication, and international reputation have all become important contributing factors to the success of multinational companies. While going global, Chinese enterprises will not only enjoy new benefits, but also face new risks, and differences in politics, economy, culture, rules and practice will further complicate these risks. At this moment, accurate knowledge, judgment and action by International Public Relations professionals become indispensable. Achieving mutual understanding and win-win cooperation constitutes an inherent requirement of international public relations. In this regard, we have acquired some preliminary experience, but there is more to explore.
A member university on the list of “211 Project”, SISU is under direct supervision of the Ministry of Education (MOE), and receives grant from both the Shanghai municipality and the MOE. SISU offers not only ideal conditions and foundation in preparing international talents and conducting cross-cultural management research, but also rich resources and advantages in international public relations education and research. Since 2006, SBM SISU has been organizing international symposiums on public relations every other year. Prominent keynote speakers, such as Viktor Mayer-Schoenberger, Professor from OxfordUniversity and author of Big Data, and Stanislav Naumov, President of Russian Public Relations Association, have deliver lectures at the conference.
    The 6th International Symposium on International Public Relations will take place in SISU on November 26, 2016. Experts, scholars, executives and graduates engaging in corporate public relations, international public relations, multinational business, cross-cultural management are welcome to discuss and share their findings concerning cutting-edge issues of “Chinese Enterprises Going Global and International Public Relations”. Papers accepted by the symposium will also be published in Public Relations Journal, the only public relations journal on mainland China.

    Papers should be submitted in electronic version only. The deadline for title and abstract submission is June 30, 2016, and deadline for full paper submission is 30 August, 2016. The symposium will adopt both Chinese and English as working language, and papers in both Chinese and English are welcome. Papers will be blind reviewed for publication after the symposium.
    Papers should be submitted in only Microsoft Word format. The title, author's name, abstract and keywords should be written in both Chinese and English. Author’s information should be presented as footnote on the first page. For tables or charts, if any, titles should be placed above the table, but below the chart. Index and reference should be presented at the end. Papers should be between 5,000 and 15,000 words in length.

为什么，汉字“国”在借入越南语后变成了Quốc，借入韩语后变成了국（kuk），借入日语后变成了“こく（koku）”两个音节？它们和中古汉语的“国”字读音为何相似又相异？这些看似互不相关的问题，其实都与汉语语音的历史演变有关。无论是今天的汉语方音还是各种东亚语言中的汉语借音，都是汉语古音流传演变的结果。
为了描写自己的发音，我们的祖先很早就在印度语文的启发下形成了一套关于语音的知识，并据此建立了作诗和诵读的规范，这就是早期的音韵学。今天，音韵学已成功融入现代学术体系，发展为探索汉语古今方音，并广涉各种汉藏语和梵、蒙、日、朝、越等东方语言的庞大学科。从来源上看，它是一门融合了印度、中国和西方三种传统的奇特学问。
我们可以通过学习音韵学加深对本国语言文化的了解，更好地把握各时期汉语以及各种现代汉语方言的特点，提高古诗文鉴赏能力和对方言价值的认识。作为外语专业的学生，我们可以在音韵学中接触到古今中外的多种语言和语言学知识，更好地理解语言的历史演变规律以及语言和文化的关系。对于学习日语、朝鲜语、越南语等东方语言的学生而言，音韵学还可以帮助他们更好地掌握所学语言的特点，提高学习兴趣和效率。
东方语学院今年又迎来一届韩语、越南语新鲜人，为了让他们在进入外语学习之前，对音韵学与东亚语言之间的联系有个鸟瞰式的了解，为今后学习研究打下基础，我们诚邀上外语言研究院的朱磊老师，为大家献上一份人文飨宴。同时也欢迎其他院系有兴趣的师生前来参与。
