为助力师生学术成长，图书馆联合人事处教师发展中心共同举办“一本书的诞生：解锁图书出版密码”讲座，邀请复旦大学出版社策划编辑系统分享图书的出版流程，包括教材、学术专著、译著、社会读物及数字融合出版等类型，结合出版行业经验与当前图书市场热点，为高校作者提供选题策划和出版建议，诚邀有出版需求的师生参与交流。

艺术人类学基于艺术与人类学的相遇关系，是研究关于艺术的人类学、并强调人类学研究应当与艺术共生，以及人类学本身作为一种艺术的形态。这些维度，展现了艺术与人类学最具代表性的交融方式。人类学家强调在民族志田野工作中培养关注（attention）的能力。人类学家借助注意力模式得以更深入地融入一个由非人类行动者构成的世界发现一些异质存在，而这些存在反过来重塑着人类学家的感官系统，构成了人类学作为艺术形式的创造性根基。关注艺术如何传达、设想这一问题，打开一扇通往多元物种共存的大门，并重构我们从地质、自然或物质意义上理解的事物。

美学范式通过规范化某些认知方式和存在方式，将特定权力结构自然化。特定"人类体裁"宣称对一切存在者享有普遍统治权。要应对这场危及人类与万千物种的灾难，我们必须解构这种美学范式：动摇"人类"宣称的主权。艺术提供了打破人类存在主导模式之教条的空间，使我们能想象并践行非压迫性、非二元、非物种主义的人类存在方式，建立真正交叉性的多物种世界建构联盟——摒弃将人类从自身和自然世界割裂的美学范式，共同修复、重新构想一种纠缠共生的人类愿景。

This talk offers an introduction to literary encounters between Scotland and China. It addresses the import of Chinese poetry into the literature of Scotland, from James Legge’s translations of ancient Chinese poetry to recent translations of classical and contemporary Chinese poetry into Scots. It also addresses the translation and reception of Scottish literature in China, and covers writers such as Robert Burns, Robert Louis Stevenson, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, and Hugh MacDiarmid. The talk demonstrates the ways in which the cultures of the Other are perceived as mirrors of the Self; and they explore issues such as the challenges faced when translating classical Chinese poetry into non-standard language varieties such as Scots.

This lecture explores the practical aspects of conducting qualitative interviews, focusing on key elements such as recording, listening, questioning, and maintaining rapport. The session emphasizes the reflexive relationship between these components—how effective questioning builds rapport, and rapport enhances the depth of responses. It covers some of the basics of successful interviewing and introduces the idea of ‘reflexivity’.

1.Recording Interviews – The necessity of reliable recording methods (using backup devices) and adapting to different formats  (face-to-face, Skype, etc.).

2.Active Listening – The critical role of focused listening to foster trust and elicit rich data, avoiding distractions or premature interruptions.

3.Questioning Techniques – Types of questions (open/closed, probing, follow-up) and their strategic use to guide the interview without leading the respondent.

4.Interviewer Moves – Beyond questions, employing silence,  reflections, and backchannels to encourage elaboration while maintaining  neutrality.

5.Flexibility & Rapport – The importance of "going with the flow," adapting to interviewee cues, and navigating sensitive topics with empathy.

6.Reflexivity – The influence of the researcher on the co-construction of interview data.

7.Common Challenges – Addressing issues like reticent interviewees, overly dominant respondents, or technical failures, with strategies to mitigate them.

The lecture underscores the need for piloting interviews, refining question sequences, and critically analyzing interactions (e.g., through conversation analysis) to understand co-constructed meanings.
