上外法硕“区域与国别法”讲座系列之一

The impact of children’s multilingual experience on their early development is a topic of significant scientific and social relevance. This talk addresses how children's multilingual experiences alter their perception and learning patterns. I will begin with a brief introduction of learning mechanisms and developmental trajectories in early childhood, followed by empirical behavioural and neurophysiological data comparing monolingual and bilingual children’s speech and music perception as well as their vocabulary learning abilities. I will then summarize effects of children’s early multilingual experience on their language development and propose a heightened sensitivity hypothesis stemming from a multilingual environment. Time permitting, I will present a series of findings on child multilingualism beyond the language field, illustrating a comprehensive impact of (multilingual) exposure on child development across domains.

为提高汉语国际教育专业学位研究生的培养质量和水平，推动培养模式改革，经与国家汉办和华东师范大学协商，“第二届‘汉教英雄会’夏令营江浙沪片区选拔赛暨‘上外·沃动杯’第四届江浙沪汉语国际教育硕士教学技能大赛”将于4月20-21日在上海外国语大学举行。
本次大赛主要目的在于提高汉语国际教育硕士的教学技能水平，推动汉语国际教育理论与实践研究的发展，促进汉语国际教育专业学科建设，增进江浙沪地区各汉语国际教育硕士培养单位之间的友好交流与合作。
