Timothy Teo (Ph.D.) is Professor and Associate Dean (Research) at the Faculty of Education, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Having worked in Australia, Macau, New Zealand, and Singapore, Timothy was previously Professor of Education at Murdoch University and Distinguished Professor of Education and Associate Dean (Research and Personnel Development) at the University of Macau. In addition to his fulltime employment, Timothy holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Murdoch University (Australia), Edith Cowan University (Australia), Honorary Chair Professor at the National Tsing Hua University (Taiwan), Distinguished Visiting Professor at the University of Johannesburg (South Africa), Visiting Professor at the Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Malaysia), and Adjunct Professor at the Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (Hong Kong). Timothy’s research interests are multi-disciplinary and include both substantive and methodological areas. These are Educational Psychology (Self-efficacy-teachers and students; Beliefs about teaching and learning; Meta-cognition), ICT in Education (Technology acceptance and adoption; e-learning), Music Education (Psychological processes of music teaching and learning), and Quantitative Methods (Psychometrics; Instrument development and validation; cross-cultural measurement; issues in survey development and administration; structural equation modeling; multilevel modeling; latent growth modeling). Timothy is Editor-in-Chief of The Asia-Pacific Education Researcher (TAPER) (Scopus Q1; SSCI Q2) and a member of over 10 journal editorial boards. A highly published and cited scholar, Timothy has edited three books and written many book chapters and conference papers, and published more than 210 journal articles, with over 160 in highly ranked SSCI journals. His Google Scholar citations are over 20,100 with an H-index of 74. In 2023, Prof Timothy Teo was ranked 57 out of the top 100 scholars in Education by a report from Stanford University (USA).

四川外国语大学教授、博士生导师、研究生院院长、学科建设办公室主任；重庆市“巴渝学者计划”特聘教授、重庆市第三批学术技术带头人、重庆市“英才计划”名家名师、重庆大学兼职博士生导师。兼任中国英汉语比较研究会界面研究专业委员会秘书长、重庆翻译学会秘书长、中外语言文化比较学会话语译介与传播研究专业委员会副会长、中国英汉语比较研究会应用翻译研究专业委员会副会长等。主要研究领域为中译外研究、国际传播研究、翻译史研究、翻译与文化研究、汉学家研究等。主持国家社科基金项目3项，出版学术专著、译著8部（含合著），在《外语教学与研究》《中国翻译》等刊物发表论文70余篇。

上海外国语大学英语语言文学专业教授、博士生导师。现任中国外国文学学会英国文学分会副会长，曾任上海外国语大学英语学院院长、中国英语教学研究会副会长、上海外文学会常务副会长、党组书记。曾在法国巴黎担任联合国教科文组织临时雇员，从事文件翻译，曾获得“宝钢教育基金优秀教师奖”“霍英东教育基金优秀青年教师奖”等全国奖项。

我校法语专业校友，中国船东互保协会特别顾问，巴黎索邦大学法学博士，马耳他国际海事法研究所（IMLI）客座教授。拥有法国律师执业资格，精通法、英两种外语。曾任英国联合王国保赔协会（UK P&I Club）首席法律官，曾连续13年担任国际保赔协会集团（IG）联营协议委员会主席，曾任国际油轮船东污染联合会（ITOPF）董事、IG污染委员会成员、IG共保委员会主席。

高富平，中国政法大学法学博士、华东政法大学二级教授，长期从事民商法教学和研究，担任博士点负责人；2000年开始研究电子商务法和信息保护问题，曾担任10年知识产权学院院长；2014年开始研究数据法，现为智能法学科带头人，财产法研究院院长、互联网法治研究院院长、数据法律研究中心主任。
担任中国法学会民法学研究会常务理事、中国法学会互联网与信息法学会常务理事、上海市法学会网络治理与数据信息法学研究会副会长，上海市曙光学者（2001年）、上海市领军人才（2009年）、享受国务院特殊津贴（2016年），国家知识产权库专家（2011年）、上海市公共数据开放专家委员会委员（2019）、上海市数据交易专家委员会委员会（2021）。
承担过多项重大课题研究，出版近30本著作，发表论文120余篇，广泛参与国家和地方涉数字经济、网络数据的立法，参与起草《数据二十条》等文件。

Dr. Rui Yuan is an associate professor at the Faculty of Education of the University of Macau. His research interests include teacher education, critical thinking, and English medium instruction (EMI) in higher education. He has published more than 100 research works, including journal articles and book chapters, in different international journals, such as TESOL Quarterly, Language Teaching, and Teaching and Teacher Education. He currently serves as Associate Editor of TESOL Journal and is an editorial board member of TESOL Quarterly and Linguistics and Education.

Peter I. De Costa is a Professor in the Department of Linguistics, Languages & Cultures and the Department of Teacher Education at Michigan State University, where he directs the Master’s in TESOL program in the College of Arts & Letters. He is also the English as a Second Language (ESL) graduate director in the College of Education. As a critical applied linguist, his research areas include emotions, identity, ideology and ethics in language learning, language teaching, and language policy. In addition, his ecologically- and social justice-oriented work looks at the intersection between second language acquisition (SLA), second language teacher education (SLTE), and language policy. He is the co-editor of TESOL Quarterly and the President Elect of the American Association for Applied Linguistics.
