毕洪业，1969年12月，上海外国语大学俄罗斯东欧中亚学院研究员、中亚研究中心主任、博士生导师，华东师范大学俄罗斯研究中心特聘研究员、上海区域国别与全球治理研究院特聘研究员、黑龙江大学乌克兰研究中心特聘研究员，主要从事国际关系与俄罗斯外交战略研究，共出版了学术专著5部、公开发表相关学术论文100余篇。

H.E. Ambassador Milorad ŠĆEPANOVIĆ is a former Montenegrin and Yugoslav diplomat who spent nearly 39 years in foreign service. He served as Yugoslavia’s Ambassador to Poland and, most recently, Montenegro’s Ambassador to the Russian Federation. Most of his diplomatic work took place at international organizations. He was Montenegro’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York from May 2010 to April 2015. He was also Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office in Geneva from 2001 to 2003 and then from 2016 to 2020. During his long career, Ambassador ŠĆEPANOVIĆ also served as Montenegro’s non-resident ambassador to Cuba, South Africa, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the State of Palestine, and 20 other states. He retired from foreign service in December 2023.

Rita Elaine Silver is the Director of the Education Research Funding Programme Office and Associate Professor in English Language and Literature at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. Her research is in the area of educational linguistics with specific interests in teacher education and teacher professional learning, classroom language learning and classroom discourse, multilingualism and language policy. She also regularly presents on issues related to academic publishing, research integrity & ethics, and open science initiatives in applied linguistics/educational research. Her recent publications have appeared Research Methods in Applied Linguistics; Journal of Multilingual and Multicultural Development; International Journal of Multilingualism; Journal of Language, Identity & Education; and, AERA Open.  Her most recent edited collection is The Role of Language in Content Pedagogy: A Framework for Teachers’ Knowledge (with L. H. Seah & M. Baildon) (Springer, 2022). She is Co-editor of the journal Language & Education (Taylor & Francis).

吴应辉，教育部人文社科重点研究基地北京语言大学国际中文教育研究院/华文教育研究院教授、院长、基地主任。主要研究领域为汉语国际传播与管理；国际中文教育教师、教学资源和教学法。 主持国家社科基金重大、重点、一般课题各一项，其他各类课题等20余项。在《教育研究》等学术期刊发表论文80余篇。入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”和国家民委领军人才。担任第三届全国汉语国际教育专业学位研究生教育指导委员会委员，世界汉语教学学会学术交流与出版专委会副主任委员，中国语文现代化学会常务理事、汉语国际传播研究分会理事长。担任多个国际中文教育相关学术期刊编委和审稿专家，担任多种高层次科研项目、人才项目和奖项评审专家。指导毕业中外博士生近60人，硕士生40余人。

王改娣，华东师范大学大学英语系博士、教授、博士生导师、中美富布赖特访问学者，主要研究方向为英美文学、文学翻译和比较文学。主持国家社科基金“以译者为中心的文学翻译口述史研究”、教育部人文社科基金“莎士比亚十四行诗中的历史真相”等项目。出版《细读英诗》《细读红楼》《莎士比亚十四行诗研究》《中英诗歌比较研究》《王维邓恩比较研究》《文学经典重读》《伦理视域下的莎士比亚十四行诗研究》等著作，翻译《莎士比亚十四行诗集》《看门人》《第十二夜》《行同陌路》《烦恼的冬天》等作品。
